Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This competition is organised by Jitty (Get Complete Ltd), located at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU

2. Eligibility

Open to residents of the UK, aged 18 or over.

Employees of Jitty and their immediate families are not eligible.

Only one entry is allowed per unique cat found per user. Additional entries can be earned through bonus entry methods outlined below.

3. Competition Period

The competition starts on 10:00am 08-04-2025 and ends on 11:59pm 11-04-2025.

4. How to Enter

To participate, users must visit the Jitty website between Tuesday 08 April 2025 and Friday 11 April 2025 and:

• Search Jitty property listings to find hidden cats ("Jitty Kitties").
• Click 'Claim your entry' when a cat is found to register an entry (maximum 5 new cats per day).
• Each valid cat found counts as one entry.

5. Bonus Entries

Participants may earn bonus entries as follows:

• +1 entry - Comment on one of Jitty's official social posts related to the competition.
• +2 entries - Tag a friend in the comments of a Jitty competition post.
• +5 entries - Refer a friend by adding them to a Jitty Collection (must be a new user).
• +5 entries - Post original cat-hunt-related content (e.g., a Reel or TikTok), tagging @JittyHomes and using #JittyScavengerHunt.

6. Winner Selection and Announcement

Winner(s) will be chosen randomly from all valid entries.

A valid entry is one that meets all entry requirements and includes verifiable proof (e.g., correct tagging, valid reference number, or submission through the form).

Winners will be announced via Instagram Stories on 16-04-2025 and contacted via DM or email.

If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, another winner will be chosen.

7. Disqualification

Jitty reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is found to be tampering with the entry process, submitting false information, or otherwise violating the spirit of the competition.

8. Prize

The prize is:

• a two night stay at the ME Hotel in London (breakfast included)
• a fine dining experience at Hakkasan in London (up to £400 total)
• a voucher to see a West End show (up to £150 per person)
• a voucher for a spa treatment at AIRE Ancient Baths in London (up to £450 in total)
• first class train tickets x 2

Vouchers are subject to the provider's terms and conditions.

No cash alternative or prize substitution is permitted.

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

The prize must be redeemed on a mutually agreed date that is at least five weeks after the winner is announced and no later than 31 December 2025.

The final booking date is subject to availability at the ME Hotel, Hakkasan and other prize venues.

The winner will be asked to provide a selection of three or more preferred travel dates within four weeks of being notified. If no dates are provided within this window, Jitty reserves the right to offer the prize to a runner-up.

All bookings are subject to availability and provider terms. Extensions beyond 2025 are not guaranteed.

9. Publicity and Permissions

By entering, participants agree to allow Jitty to repost their entry.

10. Liability and Data Protection

This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or any other social media platform.

Personal data will only be used for administering the competition.

11. General

Jitty reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time.
