Description
"We were thrilled to make this Eastville flat our first home - a perfect first step onto the property ladder. We fully renovated the space, adding thoughtful touches like a custom-built platform bed to maximise floor space and a stylish storage wall in the living room to keep everything feeling light and open. We've loved having St Mark's Road just a short stroll away, with favourites like Jeevan's and Sweet Mart becoming part of our weekly routine."
Argyle Street is a residential street in Eastville, a popular suburb in East Bristol. This property is within reach of all Bristol City Centre has to offer, with frequent bus services running nearby and Stapleton Road train station a short walk. In the immediate location, there is a diverse range of leisure activities, food & music festivals, bars, restaurants and shops. St Mark's Road nearby offers the famous Sweet Mart and Thali Caf, whilst into Greenbank there is The Greenbank Pub and Este's Kitchen. St Werburghs is also just a 25-minute walk, with some fantastic restaurants, cafs and bars such as Napolita, The Cauldron Restaurant and Wiper and True Tap Bar. The area is easily accessible being a short drive from the M32, which can in turn provide access to the City Centre and to the M4 motorway. Just a few minutes north there is the large and popular Eastville Park which connects with the Frome Valley Walkway. For cyclists, there are a number of popular cycle paths nearby, most notably the Bristol to Bath Cycle Path which runs into the City Centre and out to some fantastic countryside towards Bitton and Saltford.
This one bedroom ground floor flat with rear courtyard garden is share of freehold property. As you enter the home there is a porch for cloakroom storage, as you walk in further there is a kitchen and living room with plenty of storage making the most of the small but well-organised space. The custom-built media storage creates a great feature wall. The bedroom has been designed to maximise space with a raised bed and storage underneath and a dressing area. The recently renovated bathroom has a shower and even a mini bath. From the living room there are double doors leading out to the private courtyard garden that has some raised beds. There is a communal courtyard at the front of the house that creates an area for bike storage if required.
