The Most Interesting Properties on Jitty This Week #3

👋 Hi friends,
Another edition bringing you some of the slickest and most surprising houses of the UK property market.
This week’s lineup includes wishing wells, a house with all the architectural designs and Frodo’s holiday home.
Home of the week
Yes, this is somehow all the same home, complete with its own Roman ruins, a medieval tavern and a bathroom overseen by a very stern stone man.

Theme of the Week…Fairy Tale Houses
aka…homes that look like they were designed by a wizard.
What this place lacks in size, it makes up for pure storybook energy. It’s also perfectly centrally located. Rapunzel could be down the hair ladder and on the Piccadilly Line in 5.

This house feels like the set of a period drama where the plot is mostly just tea and polite scandal. Bonus points for the 1930s bar.

This house in Maidstone has so many elements to delve into. The courtyard alone feels like somewhere between a deleted Shrek scene and a Renaissance fair on acid.

Less house, more Grimm’s Brothers fanfic. Timbers everywhere, a grandfather clock and a literal wishing well (to tie it all together).

Knock knock, Frodo. Are you there? Grass roof, stone walls and curved windows perfect for pondering distant Elven shores.

Plot Twist of the Week
This house in Sunbury-on-Thames looks pretty standard, until you hit the bedroom and bathroom. Truly, wild.
