" We've loved living in this peaceful and tranquil house. We'll really miss our walks in the beautiful woods and nature reserve opposite and yet it's only 20 mins cycle into city centre. The private garden gets full sunshine all day and the house overlooks the woods/allotments to the front and has open skies to the rear. The Langton pub is a short walk who have recently opened a cafe which we enjoy visiting on a weekend morning after a St Anne's Park trip with the little one. It is the perfect location for a family. The home

A beautiful mid terrace home on Wick Road with off street parking at the front for two cars. The house has a spacious living room to the front with stripped wood floors and a log burner. The dining room is in the middle of the house and has the original fitted sideboard and leads to the kitchen. At the rear of the house is a light and bright sociable kitchen/family room. The kitchen has plenty of modern units, some integrated appliances and a breakfast bar. There is also a downstairs WC. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, three large doubles and a single bedroom/study, and a large family bathroom with separate bath and shower.

Living in St Annes

Wick Road is in the heart of St Annes, a popular area for those who enjoy being close to nature with plenty of open green spaces and woodland all nestled close to the River Avon, whilst still having great connections to the city. The area is popular for young professionals and families with several good schools on the doorstep including St Anne's Infant School, Wicklea Academy, Holymead Primary School, as well as Out There Forest School and Kindergarten. The property is within short walking distance of several well-regarded shops, pubs and cafes including Kin and Deli at Sandy Park on Sandy Park Road and The Langton.

For nature lovers, Nightingale Vally Nature Reserve and St Anne's Wood are on your doorstep and Troopers Hill and Eastwood Farm, which is home to the popular Beese's Riverside Bar, are a short walk away with extensive walks along the River Avon beyond.
