"The first thing that struck us about the house is that from the front door you can see all the way to the garden and the view beyond. The garden, south-east facing, gets the most beautiful morning light, and we have enjoyed many a morning cuppa or yoga in the sun on the patio. The street is quiet and peaceful whilst being just 10 minutes walk from all the wonderful independent shops, cafes and restaurants of North Street. We've loved our years here at Stanley Terrace!"

The home

A two-bedroom end terrace home with views across to Dundry from the garden. The living space is open plan with the front of the home being used as a lounge and the rear a diner, this room flows into the kitchen which has been newly fitted and features NEFF integrated appliances and composite stonework tops. French doors open out the garden creating a seamless flow to the outside and brings the gorgeous view into your home. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with the master at the front and the second a good-sized double bedroom, at the rear there is a new three-piece bathroom suite with spotlights, stainless steel towel rail and luxury tiles from Ca'Pietra. Outside space

As you step out into the garden there is an initial seating area with a new natural stone patio, followed by a grass lawn and a variety of plants bordering the fence line. There are some lovely views across to South Bristol / Dundry from the garden.

Living in Bedminster

Stanley Terrace is a quiet road just off West Street in Bedminster. The house is ideally positioned close to North Street, a vibrant hub of local independents, restaurants, and shops - including Michelin-recommended COR and OTHER, coffee favourites Sweven and Burra, and The Tobacco Factory, a caf, bar, and theatre that also hosts a lively Sunday market.

Several parks surround Stanley Street North, with South Street Park just around the corner and the larger Greville Smyth Park around a 15-minute walk away. Beyond Greville Smyth (a further 20 minutes) lies the expansive Ashton Court Estate - home to the annual Bristol Balloon Fiesta and 850 acres of woodland and open parkland.

A short stroll across Gaol Ferry Bridge leads to Wapping Wharf - a vibrant foodie destination on the edge of Bristol's historic harbourside - with the city centre just 15 minutes further on foot.

Bristol Temple Meads is a 10-minute drive or a 35-minute walk away, offering direct services to Bath Spa (11 minutes) and London Paddington (around 1 hour 35 minutes).
