Patio could also accommodate a lovely conservatory if wanted but we never got round to it as the garden is so big. We never needed it. This property is in a great location and ready to move into. Would also make a dream plot location for a new build if preferred. Either way it has great potential. Very private plot.

The neighbours are all great too and very supportive. We are downsizing. I may throw the ride on lawnmower in at the right price. If you like the area and want seclusion with a great garden for the family this is it. Would suit a pilot based at Gatwick and family who want to be next to Gatwick and love gardening! 3 good sized bedrooms and one single office. Kitchen new in 2014. Interior photos will follow.

All your friends and family will want to save a few quid and park at your place.
