They particularly valued having friendly faces around them every day, the reassurance of neighbours who are happy to help one another and the freedom to dip in and out of the social side of life whenever they choose.
They were also especially complimentary about the beautifully maintained communal gardens – somewhere lovely to sit, relax and enjoy the surroundings without having to worry about maintaining them yourself.
There is also a guest suite for visiting friends and family, a communal laundry, House Manager, security entry system and lifts to the upper floors. Resident parking is available to rent, subject to availability, alongside visitor spaces.
