Description

" We love the location, it's so near the bus stop and Sandy Park and a four minute walk to school. Also the beautiful Brislington brook and woods at the end of the road! The house itself is lovely and light with it's big windows and it's open plan living is perfect for family life. We love lighting the fire and cosying up on a cold winters day. "

The home

Kingfisher is a 1930's semi detached house with off street parking, a generous rear garden and garage. Downstairs there is a living room to the front with log burner, bay window and oak parquet flooring. Pocket doors separate this room from the kitchen/diner but can also be opened to create a gorgeous open plan space. The kitchen/diner at the rear has a wonderful ply kitchen and inbuilt seating area making it a lovely sociable space. There is also a downstairs loo.
Upstairs are three bedrooms and the family bathroom.

The outside

The rear garden is a great size, with a hard wood decked area for dining, lawn and plenty of flower beds. There is also rear access and a garage.
