Heyford Avenue, Eastville

It is so lovely to leave the house and walk straight on to Purdown, with the children and dogs. In the summer with a picnic and a football. The garden is our favourite space, having dinner on the decking most (dry) evenings in the summer and bbqs on the weekend with friends and family.

The home

Leading out of the large doors from the kitchen there is an area of decking that makes the perfect sun terrace and a good spot for al-fresco dining and as it's raised from the garden there is a great view. There is a good-sized garden and a garage with access from the road at the rear of the house.

Heyford Avenue is a quiet residential road in Eastville, a popular and well-connected suburb in East Bristol. The area is known for its strong sense of community and excellent access to green spaces, with Eastville Park, Greenbank Cemetery and nearby allotments all within easy reach.

The property is well positioned for access into Bristol City Centre, with frequent bus services nearby and Stapleton Road train station within walking distance. The M32 is a short drive away, providing quick links to the city centre as well as the M4 and M5 motorways.
