Description

"Greenbank feels like a village in the city, there's such a friendly, inclusive atmosphere. We love living on Daisy Road. There have been family friendly street parties, Christmas time advent windows and there's always a helping hand around to lend tools or last minute ingredients! The house has been a joy to decorate and we will really miss it. Our favourite memories are having friends gather round the dining table with us, and lounging around in the hammock in the garden on a sunny day."

The home

A distinctive and stylish family home on Daisy Road, Greenbank, boasting attractive Victorian features coupled with expert modern design. The plot begins with a quaint front courtyard, with a large architecturally designed storage unit. Entrance is into a traditional hallway, exhibiting original floorboards underfoot. The first right opens to the living/dining area, benefitting from dual aspect natural light, wooden floorboards, bay window, and soft dcor. Next is a spacious kitchen, featuring contemporary cabinetry, breakfast area and access to the garden. This is a tranquil setting, offering a comfortable yet private space, surrounded by tree/shrubbery borders. Heading to the first floor, the primary bedroom sits at the front of the home, decorated in a bold navy blue, offering generous floorspace and multiple integrated wardrobes. Adjacent is the second bedroom, utilised as a home office. A sumptuous four-piece family bathroom sits at the top of the staircase, featuring a freestanding bath and walk-in-shower. At the back, is the fourth bedroom, currently used as a nursery. The second and final floor houses the impressive loft conversion, completed to current building regulations which is dormered and offers a three piece ensuite.
