"We couldn't have asked for a better first home. Being so close to town and yet having so many independent businesses nearby has been wonderful. Living in such a vibrant area has been one the best decisions we ever made. We love to go to the live music at The Canteen and The Gallimaufry and we will sorely miss our now friends at The Social. We love eating out at Nadu, Poco and Pizzucci and a chippy tea from Reel Soul can't be beaten. Everyone that's lived in the building has also been amazing and we'll consider some of them friends for life. It truly has been an incredible place to live and we hope the next people will be just as happy here."

The flat is also a short walk from popular pubs including The Kingsdown Vaults, The Gallimaufry and The Canteen - which hosts regular live music nights. Well connected, Cheltenham Road is a short walk or cycle into Bristol city centre. Buses run frequently along the A38, taking you further up Gloucester Road or down to South Bristol. Local train services are easily accessed by Montpelier/Redland stations, which will also get you to Bristol Temple Meads and beyond.
