Description

Brickworks says

Set across the first and second floors of a Edwardian conversion, this two-bedroom home is immediately liveable. Built-in shelving and storage have been neatly integrated into the reception room and bedrooms, keeping the spaces calm and uncluttered. Light filters softly through bespoke plantation shutters in the southeast-facing living space, shifting gently as the day moves on.

The principal bedroom is notably generous — with enough breathing space to think, read, and properly unwind — and complete with built-in wardrobes. The second bedroom is well-sized too, again with fitted storage. On the upper floor, a petite yet chic shower room with WC is smartly finished and perfectly judged. Off the hallway, a terracotta-tiled terrace offers a quiet outdoor moment: trellis-framed, leafy, and with treetop views. It’s a restful retreat with plenty of potential.

Outside, you’re exceptionally well placed. Parkland Walk — the rewilded railway line stretching all the way to Finsbury Park — is accessed from Northwood Road, and the ancient woodlands of Highgate and Queen’s are nearby, ideal for restorative forest walks. With easy access to both Highgate and Crouch End, and a much-loved local pub at the end of the road, this is a spot that balances village calm with everyday convenience.

The owners say

We've really loved the very large square footage of our flat, as well as the split levels — it makes it feel much more like a house than a flat. Having access to two bathrooms is also a real perk, and probably quite unusual in a two-bedroom home.

The balcony gets lots of light in spring, summer and autumn because it’s high up. In fact, the whole place gets a lot of natural light throughout the whole year, as it's set over the first and second floors. We've also really enjoyed having so much space in the exceptionally large main bedroom.
