" We've loved living in Totterdown, it's such a great community with so many lovely cafes, bakeries, restaurants, bars and of course - people! We've made lifelong friends since moving here, and so it's always going to be a special place to us. One of the attributes that makes Totterdown unique, is that whilst being in close proximity to the city centre, it has access to two beautiful green spaces in Victoria Park and Perretts Park. It's one of the reasons we're not moving far as we love this area and are just looking for a little more space as we grow our family. This was our first home together, and we've had such a great time living here and will be sad to leave. We honestly feel Totterdown is still underrated in Bristol, and it's clearly on an upwards trajectory with so much investment coming into the area, whilst maintaining its charm and community spirit."

The home

An extended three bedroom mid terrace house in Totterdown. Downstairs there is reception room to the front with bay window and original cornicing and a dining room in the middle of the house. The rear of the house has been extended to create a spacious kitchen with breakfast bar and space for casual seating and sliding doors out to the rear garden. Upstairs are three bedrooms and a modern bathroom with metro tiles.

Living in Totterdown

Totterdown is one of Bristol's most sought-after neighbourhoods, known for its colourful houses, community feel, and close proximity to the city centre. Just a five minute walk from your front door you'll find local favourites including The Sundial Kitchen, The Banana Boat greengrocer, and Bank.

For green space, there are few better places in Bristol: Victoria Park's 50 acres of open space are only moments away, with Perrett's Park and Arnos Vale also within walking distance.

Totterdown is perfect for those working within Bristol and beyond via the trains at nearby Temple Meads. For drivers, easy access to Wells Road takes you directly through the city to the M32 or the countryside of Chew Valley, the Mendips, and North Somerset.
