Description

"This was our first home and we've loved living in the area. There's mean loads of evening where we've been able to walk to North Street or Wapping Wharf and have meals and drinks and meet with friends. Going for walks on a Saturday OR Sunday morning for coffee is also lovely. It is also super convenient - we try and go away on weekend breaks when we can and it's only 10 mins to the airport from the bus stop outside the house."

This home

This home unfolds into a blend of period character and contemporary living. Original wooden floors, high ceilings and a cosy sitting room create an inviting first impression, while the dining room sits at the heart of the home, offering a wonderful space for entertaining.

At the rear, the home opens into a striking kitchen extension, flooded with natural light from overhead glazing and full-height doors. Thoughtfully designed with generous worktop space, a central island and views onto the garden. Lastly, there is WC located at the end of the room.
Upstairs are two generous double bedrooms and a bright family bathroom, with both bedrooms offering versatile spaces for growing families, guests or home working.

Outside
At the front of the property is an off street parking space. To the rear is the private, south-facing garden which is a real sun trap, offering a peaceful retreat that's perfect for everything from morning coffee to long summer evenings with friends. Mature planting adds to the sense of privacy, creating a calm oasis just moments from the buzz of Bedminster.

Living in Bedminster

West Street is located in Bedminster. The home lies within walking distance to North Street, a hub for local independents, restaurants, and shops, including Michelin recommended COR and OTHER, coffee shops Sweven and Burra, and The Tobacco Factory - a caf, bar, and theatre that hosts a bustling Sunday market.

A short stroll across Gaol Ferry Bridge (15 minutes) will take you to Wapping Wharf - a vibrant foodie destination set on the edge of Bristol's historic harbourside. The city centre is a further 15 mins on foot.

Bristol Temple Meads is a 10 minute drive or 35 minute walk away and offers direct services to Bath Spa (11 minutes) and London Paddington (1 hour 35 minutes). For local connections, Parson Street is 10 minutes on foot and bus routes run regularly from North and West Street.
