IF YOU LIVED HERE...
Step inside and you’ll find a front reception room, where a bay window with plantation shutters brings in natural light. Deep green walls, wooden flooring and fitted cabinetry create a cosy, characterful space. Beyond the staircase, the second reception is arranged as a dining room, with soft pink walls, wooden floors and glazed doors opening onto the garden.
The kitchen continues the thoughtful styling, with muted cabinetry, wooden worktops, white tiled splashbacks and open shelving. Beyond here, the ground floor bathroom features a bath with shower above, a wooden vanity unit and earthy finishes. The house offers approximately 746 square feet of living space, with a layout that makes the most of every room.
Upstairs, two well-proportioned bedrooms offer flexibility. One is currently arranged as a creative workspace, with fitted shelving and wooden flooring, while the other is a restful bedroom with soft green walls and natural light. Outside, the large rear garden is a real highlight, with a generous lawn, raised planting beds and space for outdoor dining, gardening and summer afternoons.

WORD FROM THE SELLER...
"We’ve loved our time on Sturge Avenue. It’s such a peaceful, quiet corner of a fantastic neighbourhood, while still having so much on our doorstep.
Saturday mornings have become a favourite ritual for us — strolling over to Lloyd Park Market for a little treat for ourselves and, of course, something for the dog. We’ve also loved the cafes, bars and restaurants around Wood Street, which have been the perfect place to meet friends and enjoy the neighbourhood. And with Soho Theatre Walthamstow just a walk away, there’s always the option of a great night out close to home.
We’ve renovated the house with the aim of creating a calm, bright and airy oasis — a place that feels peaceful and welcoming at the end of a busy day. It’s been a much-loved home for us, and we hope the next owners will enjoy it as much as we have."
