Description
"The house has been my home for fifty years and has been a wonderful sanctuary for children and now grandchildren. My sons were age five and seven when we moved in and it's always been a good family home. We had a snooker table and dart board the garage which provided hours of entertainment. I spend a great deal of time in the garden when weather permits, relaxing and reading. Another favourite is having family and friends round for a barbecue."
The home
Lovingly maintained over the last fifty years by the same family, a fine three bedroom semi detached home with off street parking and garaging. The front door via a super handy porch opens onto a spacious lounge with fireplace with plenty of room for a dining table. The kitchen runs across the rear of the house with a lovely outlook over the garden, there's loads of storage including a separate larder as well as access to a downstairs loo. The garage was built by the current owners and is large enough to house a modern car. Upstairs are three excellent bedrooms and a bathroom.
The outside.
With a South Westerly aspect, this large garden catches the afternoon and evening sun and has several shady seating areas for relaxing. To the front is a low maintenance, hardstand from garden with driveway to attached single garage.
