This particular location is conveniently placed adjacent to South Street Park, alongside other green space such as Greville Smyth and Victoria Park. Southville and Bedminster have become one of Bristol's most sought-after areas amongst a range of buyers. There are range of excellent eateries, coffee shops and bars a short walk away such as Cor, The North Street Standard, Kask, The Malago and SOUK kitchen. The schools in the area are extremely popular, with Southville and Ashton Gate Primary Schools, both very well regarded.
