Description

Set within the popular Cane Hill development, this three bedroom detached home has been finished and kept with real care. It's the kind of house that feels settled from the moment you step inside: bright, ready to move straight into and a home that’s clearly been loved.
Arranged over three floors, the ground floor works around how people actually live. At the front, the kitchen is fitted with cream shaker-style units and sage metro tiling, along with a Bosch oven, gas hob and stainless steel extractor. A tall window with plantation shutters lets in plenty of light while keeping things private from the street. A downstairs WC sits off the hallway.
The lounge/dining room runs to the back of the house and is the room that will sell this home. Three roof lights and full-height glazed doors fill it with light, and the doors open onto the garden, so on a warm day inside and outside become one space. It's large enough for a big corner sofa and a dining table without feeling crowded.
Upstairs, there are two further double bedrooms, which suits a growing family, overnight guests or a proper home office. A modern family bathroom serves these rooms. Stairs rise to the 2nd floor with the principal bedroom being a generous size and having an en-suite shower room and views.
The rear garden has been well looked after. A wide Indian sandstone patio sits right outside the lounge doors, with room for outdoor seating and a barbecue. Beyond it, a lawn is framed by raised sleeper beds and timber fencing on all sides. A second paved area by the lawn gives you somewhere to catch the later sun. To the front there is a block-paved driveway alongside the house.
My House My Home
We feel incredibly lucky to have called Keats Way home from the very beginning, being the first and only residents and watching Cane Hill grow around us. It has been the most wonderful place to raise our two daughters, from bringing them home as babies to watching them grow up alongside the many children they now call friends. Keats Way has a lovely community feel, with friendly families, wonderful neighbours, and a safe, peaceful environment where children can play outside together. With parks and green spaces on the doorstep and the local primary schools just a short walk through the fields, Cane Hill has given our family so many happy memories. Leaving will be incredibly hard, but we hope the next family will love this home and the community as much as we have.
