"I love the light in this flat, the way the sun comes into the bedroom in the morning and into the living room in the late afternoon. The flat is bright and airy and has some quirky features which I love, like the exposed brickwork. I really like living in the area, so close to the independent shops on Picton Street. It's also both close to the liveliness of Stokes Croft and the nature reserve, allotments and community garden of St Werberghs. It's great neighbourhood."

The flat is also a short walk from popular pubs including The Cadbury, The Star and Garter, and The Canteen - which hosts regular live music nights.
