Description
"We love living in the here! The house is great - the open plan kitchen/dining room is bright and airy. The garden was one of the first things that appealed to us though, the plum tree, the grape vine and the old wall at the back make it feel like a little cottage garden in the city. St George is a great area with lovely parks and walks nearby, and being close to both Church Road and Easton means that every amenity is on your doorstep. Loaf is a personal favourite for a weekend treat!"
The home
An open plan Victorian home on Woodbine Road in Whitehall, presented to a good standard. Entrance is into a typical hallway for a home of this era, opening to the kitchen/dining area, with laminate flooring underfoot and brightly coloured cabinetry. The dining room opens to the living room, boasting the bay window, chimney breast and alcove shelving. Moving through the ground floor, you find a conservatory with direct access to the garden. Upstairs, and to the rear is the second bedroom, with enough space for a double bed and smart three piece family bathroom adjacent. The interior is then completed by the primary bedroom, with storage either side of the bed space, plus stairway access to a loft room. Currently utilised as storage but could be ideal for a home office.
The outside space
To the front is a small garden area, leading to the entrance door. At the back, a stone wall pleasantly perimeters the plot, adding a great amount of privacy to the home. Off of the conservatory is a patio, leading to the lawn which faces northeast. Next to the conservatory is a useful courtyard area for storage.
