Description

"We've spent the past 3 years renovating this house and making it into our home. The open kitchen/diner has been a fantastic hosting space and we've enjoyed many dinner parties and celebrations here. Our garden has been a great spot for BBQs, G&Ts and watching the Balloon festival whilst our lounge is a cosy retreat for chilly winter evenings.

We have fantastic neighbours on the street who have become our friends. We will miss this house a lot and hope that the new owner will enjoy it as much as we have."

This home

This stylish three-bedroom mid-terrace home has been beautifully updated by the current owners and is finished to a high standard throughout, including a stylish kitchen and contemporary bathroom. The ground floor offers a bright and welcoming living room and a spacious kitchen/diner, perfect for young families and entertaining, with sliding doors adding additional natural light. A useful utility area and downstairs WC complete the layout. Upstairs, there is a generous master bedroom to the front, two further bedrooms, and a sleek family bathroom.

Outside

The rear garden has been laid to block paving for low maintenance making an ideal sport for alfresco dining and summer bbq's.
