"What I've loved about living here is having so much close by. The harbourside is right there for sunset walks, lazy summer days and festivals, and there are loads of independent places nearby for coffee or food. Clifton, Brandon Hill and Southville are all close too, so there's always something to do and the area has a really friendly feel. Quay Point itself is tucked away from the busier parts, which gives it a really nice balance."

The Home

A well-presented one-bedroom apartment at Quay Point, with a generous open-plan living space, a good-sized double bedroom and Bristol's Harbourside just a short walk away.

The main living/dining room is a particularly good size for a one-bedroom flat, with plenty of room for both a comfortable seating area and a full dining table. A wide bank of windows brings in plenty of natural light, while the neutral finish keeps the room feeling bright.

The kitchen sits just off the living space and is fitted with a good range of storage and worktop space. Its open connection to the main room makes the layout work well for everyday living or having friends over.

The bedroom is a comfortable double with room for freestanding wardrobes and additional furniture, while the bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC and basin. There is also useful storage off the entrance hall.

The flat has been very well maintained, with the walls recently refreshed in Farrow & Ball paint and a new boiler installed. For the current owner it has been a particularly easy home to look after, with very little maintenance required.

Living in Bristol's Harbourside

The high-quality and modern development is conveniently directly between Capricorn Place and Anchor Road. For those who commute further afield, Bristol Temple Meads train station is also within walking distance through Bristol City Centre. If you are looking for green space, the popular Brandon Hill Park is across the road, Queens Square is just to the other side of the harbour and Ashton Court a small distance through Clifton.
