Description

"Victoria Park will always be the first thing I recall of my time here. Having a dog, it's been such a big help and was one of the reasons I chose to move here in the first place. It is an incredible green space, and I've loved having it on my front door step. Aside from the massive space and views over the city and suspension bridge, it also has a great community alongside the friends I have made on the street. I'll always have fond memories and be proud to be able to call this my first home."

The home

A characterful two-bedroom Victorian terrace located in Totterdown. The ground floor comprises of the living room with a bay window, shutters and feature fire place. To the rear a contemporary slate-grey kitchen / diner with warm wooden worktops, this is a practical and sociable everyday space. The ground floor is completed by a well-designed bathroom with bath over shower, tiled walls and towel rail. Upstairs there are two well proportioned bedrooms with the principal suite at the front benefitting from bay window and the rear bedroom a good sized double which also works well as an office space.

Outside space

A rear low maintenance terrace with lounge seating and space for a BBQ. Perfect for relaxing with loved ones in the summer months
