Agnetha is a beautiful 70x12ft river barge. It comes with a rare 3-year renewable Private Residential Mooring on the Thames near Windsor Marina that can be passed on at the moment of sale.

The mooring agreement includes ample parking for 2 cars and 2 land storage units on the river bank next to the boat - useful for storing tools/bikes/wood and coal supplies. Water, electricity and laundrette facilities are also available. The proximity to Windsor Marina allows access to fuel, pump-out and a small chandlery that sells gas cylinders.

Internal Spaces description: The Kitchen is very spacious and fitted with a Rangemaster cooker/oven, Microwave, Fridge, a spacious Freezer, Washing/Dryer Machine, Dishwasher and ample storage for all cooking/dining equipment and food.

The Lounge is well-proportioned and cosy. In winter, with a spacious L-shaped sofa, the right suffuse lighting, a TV, and a log burner, it becomes a magical place to be.

The smaller bedroom has 2 berths, lots of storage and a desk. It's currently used as a studio.

The bathroom is well-sized and has a spacious shower.

The Master Bedroom - is spacious with a king-size bed, plenty of storage and wardrobes. It has direct access to the Bow Deck. The boat, with 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge, can comfortably accommodate 6 guests.

External Spaces Description The Bow Deck - it's the quietest part of the boat. On a Summer evening, it's the best place to enjoy a sunset while sipping a glass of Prosecco.

The Main Deck - is protected by a framed cratch-cover and practically is another additional room for the boat. In winter all all the wet gear is stored there, in summer, with all the side panels off, it is a fantastic area to dine 'al fresco' or to have friends around for a party. The park surrounding the mooring area is well-managed and, in summer, can be used as an extension to the Main Deck.

Living on the water with all the comforts of a beautiful home, is a lifestyle choice. Just by being on the water you are surrounded by nature with the freedom to explore all the spaces around you. Either by running, cycling, canoeing or just walking, you have miles upon miles of river, footpaths and the most beautiful pubs. You can do all this starting directly from your home, Agnetha.

Sometimes you don't even need to leave the mooring. Just sit on the roof with a glass of prosecco and watch the river go by. (We have a Canadian canoe on the roof, when we decide to go for a paddle, the canoe is in the water and ready to go in less than 5 minutes, no car, no fuss no stress). The park is private, very green, tranquil, and secure, which is ideal if you have children, as they can roam and play around as they wish.
