Description

"I bought this house because I loved the skylight over the stairs and it remains my favourite feature - I love feeling the seasons change through the light that comes in. In the summer the hot air balloons fly right over the garden and many times I have been woken by the whoosh of the gas flame. Victoria Park is at the end of the road and a great place to escape for some fresh air and green space."

This home

This tasteful two bedroom mid-terrace is located on Algiers Street just off Victoria Park in Windmill Hill. On entry to the home you are greeted with LVT flooring continuing throughout the ground floor. Immediately to the left is the living room including a bay window and shutters. Continuing through the hallway there is a spacious stylish kitchen with an island and a study area/dining space adjacent. From the kitchen you can reach the south facing garden from the patio doors. Upstairs hosts two larger double bedrooms and a spacious four-piece suite at the end of the hallway.

Outside The south west facing garden has been laid to pebbles, lawn, raised flower beds and a vegetable patch. The rear garden also enjoys no overlooking neighbours from behind unlike similar terraced homes.
