Description

" We have built great memories in our lovely house over the past 7 years since we moved with our new born daughter. We love home cooking and we have most of our meals in our dinner table in the living room. One of my favourite features from our home is its floor to ceiling windows which makes the rooms so bright, which is great for working at home, reading, etc. Finally, we love hosting BBQs for friends in our lovely and sunny garden. "

The home

Built in 2020, this modern three bedroom semi-detached property is set within a peaceful close and surrounded by green space. Upon entering the property, you are greeted with an entrance hall leading to the lounge, kitchen and downstairs WC. The spacious living room looks out to the rear garden. The home is built over three floors and is well suited to family life. Upstairs, on the first floor there are two good size bedrooms, and a family bathroom and the second floor has a substantial bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and boasts plenty of storage and a work from home office space. The loft is fully insulated and boarded and there are 1.2kw solar panels fitted to maximise it's energy efficiency.

The outside

The rear garden has a paved area and large lawn. There is also a driveway with space for one car with an electric charger and a large garage.

Living in Filwood Park

The property sits within Filwood Park and is close to several other large green areas such as the Northern Slopes. From here, you are very well connected to the city. Bristol City Centre is around a 40 minute walk to the north and buses are regular. Closer still is Bristol Temple Meads and the industry of Temple Quay, which will be convenient to many. Both Bedminster, Imperial Park and Knowle also provide a good selection of shops and amenities if you didn't want to travel into the city centre. There are plenty of pubs and cafes to choose from nearby such as The Victoria Park, The Knowle and Bank.
