Description
Brickworks says
Set on the ninth floor, this bright and modern flat feels calm and quiet. The open-plan living space is beautifully fluid, with a layout that lets you move easily through the home. Floor-to-ceiling windows draw the eye out to the city and river beyond, while a streamlined kitchen sits neatly in the background — polished and practical. The generous, semi-enclosed balcony seamlessly opens up the flat, blurring the line between inside and out.
Both bedrooms have full-length windows giving direct access to the balcony, so mornings begin with sunlight and views rather than alarms. The principal bedroom comes with a smart en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers excellent built-in storage and much-desired flexibility. The overall palette is considerate and neutral, letting the architecture — and the outlook — do the talking.
Outside, the Greenwich Millennium Peninsula moves at a gentle pace. With pedestrianised paths, the Southern Park quite literally on your doorstep, and the Ecology Park in view (and full of birdlife), it feels quietly removed from the rush. Add the river, the Yacht Club, and long walks along the Thames, and it’s a refreshingly balanced place to live.
The owners say
We have absolutely loved living in this flat. The views from every window are just wonderful, and being so high up means that even on the most miserable days we have incredible natural light.
A lot of the local area is pedestrianised and it’s lovely walking or cycling along the river. Our local community are brilliant, and everyone is generally very welcoming and friendly. Connection-wise, we have brilliant transport, but tend to cycle everywhere, as there are such good cycle paths. We absolutely love our area and are hoping to move locally.

Getting around:
North Greenwich (Jubilee Line, Z2/3) is around a 15-minute walk away, following a route through Southern Park’s greenery and along the edge of nearby Central Park. It’s also just a stop away on the bus or a five-minute cycle. There are plenty of local bus connections that service the area too, and cycling’s a breeze with the Thames Path on the doorstep. Taking the Thames Clipper from North Greenwich into central London — or east to the Barking riverside — is a pretty pleasant way to travel too.
Onward plans:
The owners are actively looking for a larger home so that their eldest child can have their own room. They hope to remain local.
Anything else:
London City Airport is a 10-minute taxi ride away or a 15-20 minute bus ride. However, Hugero Point isn’t situated under the airport’s flight path, so, despite its proximity, the flat isn’t disturbed by any airport noise.
