We're big fans of a pint in The Barley Mow or a Mokoko almond croissant on a Saturday morning! Having Temple Meads a couple of minutes away has been fantastic for both train links and the airport bus."

The home
This two-bedroom maisonette in Old Market has been renovated to a high standard while keeping a homely feel. On the entrance floor are two double bedrooms, one currently used as a walk-in wardrobe and office. Next door is the recently refitted bathroom, designed to make the most of the space.

The Quadrant is in The Dings, between Old Market and St Philips, an area with excellent connections. Bristol Temple Meads is close by, as is the city centre and major employers on Bristol's eastern side. Regeneration plans for Old Market will further enhance the area.

The apartment is within easy reach of the City Centre and Harbourside. Nearby, there's a choice of cafs, bars, and restaurants, including The Barley Mow, Mokoko, and Brewery Tap from Moor Beer Co.
