The Home

A striking, newly finished home tucked away on Murray Street, where a timber-clad exterior gives way to a bright and beautifully considered interior. Arranged over two floors, the house has been designed to make the most of natural light, with vaulted ceilings, rooflights and a pared-back finish throughout.

The ground floor centres around a generous open-plan kitchen and living space, with a sleek white kitchen sitting neatly to one side. Two large rooflights flood the room with light, while full-width bi-fold doors open the back of the house almost entirely onto the courtyard creating a brilliant indoor/outdoor space in the warmer months.

At the front is a separate study, providing a dedicated spot to work from home without sacrificing a bedroom, alongside a handy downstairs WC.

Two double bedrooms sit beneath the pitched roofline, giving both rooms a lovely sense of height and character. Rooflights bring in plenty of natural light, while the neutral finish leaves an easy blank canvas for the next owner.

Living in Southville

Murray Street is a cul-de-sac, in Southville located just a few minutes walk from Coronation Road and North Street, the property is perfectly located for getting into and out of the centre. North Street in Southville is very nearby and is home a number of popular bars and eateries such as The Malago, the popular Souk Kitchen, Kask as well as highly regarded cafes such as Sweven and Albatross Cafe. Further still is a short walk to Bristol City Centre and for those who work in the city, the commute by foot or bike is short and painless, whilst the journey home after an evening in a city is also straightforward and advantageous on foot rather than negotiating city centre traffic. Beyond these is Bristol's scenic harbourside with its boat trips and water-facing bars and restaurants.
