Description

"We love living in Totterdown, it's such a friendly community to be a part of. Our street is near all the local shops and pubs, but feels calm, quiet and friendly. Our neighbours on both sides are lovely, we'll miss them. As two self-employed creatives, being able to each have a workspace at home has been amazing! We also love looking at the view of Bristol at sunset out of our bedroom window. Our friends kids all love the house thanks to its fun layout- they call it the lighthouse!"

The home

A light and bright three bedroom house in Totterdown offering flexible accommodation over five floors and off street parking. On entry the living room is on the ground floor at the front with the kitchen with space for a dining table. There is a pergola of the kitchen which has removable soft sides and offers more space both in summer and winter. Upstairs are three bedrooms, a family bathroom and separate WC.

The outside

The sunny tiered rear garden is a great size for the area and has plenty of space for dining as well as some mature flower beds,

Living in Totterdown

Highgrove Street is placed to the North of Totterdown and is adjacent to both the beautiful Arnos Vale Cemetery and Victoria Park. This street has the best of both worlds, with a fantastic array of cafes, restaurants and independent shops such as Fox & West Deli, Bruhaha, and Bank.

Green spaces are in plentiful supply, with Arnos Vale being an idyllic Victorian garden cemetery with the Atrium cafe at its heart, the incredible views of Perrett Park, as well as the 50 acres of Victoria Park.

Totterdown offers easy access to and from the city, with Bath Road offering an easy link to Bath, the Portway taking you to the M5 and the M32 to the M4 and beyond. Temple Mead Train Station is also a ten minute walk or few minutes cycle away, offering connections nationally. Traveling southwards, you find yourself in the Mendips, an area of outstanding natural beauty.
