Description

"We truly love living in our wonderful home on Upper Perry Hill, a quiet and friendly street in an amazing location next to so many great things to keep us busy. We've fully renovated the house in the 14 years we have been here making it our own. It may look small from the outside but inside we have a large open living space and big bedrooms which have been great for our young family. Although narrow, there is plenty of space to park. We will be very sad to leave our beautiful house but know it make a great home for its new owner!"

Upper Perry Hill is a quiet residential street which is positioned on the east of Southville and the north of Bedminster, very close to the bridge across the River Avon to the Wapping Wharf area. North Street in Southville is very nearby and is home to a number of popular bars and eateries such as The Malago, the popular Souk Kitchen, Kask as well as highly regarded cafes such as Sweven and Albatross Cafe. Crossing the river from Southville, you are just minutes from the vibrant Wapping Wharf development which has revolutionised the Harbourside with its cargo containers of exciting eateries and shops. Further still is a short walk to Bristol City Centre and for those who work in the city, the commute by foot or bike is short and painless, whilst the journey home after an evening in a city is also straightforward and advantageous on foot rather than negotiating city centre traffic. Over the river to the west is the high-end development 'The General' with restaurant Paco Tapas. Beyond these is Bristol's scenic harbourside with its boat trips and water-facing bars and restaurants.
