Comments from the owners

What do you love most about your home?

We really love our home for its bright and open corner living area, thanks to those large windows and the balcony that let in so much natural light. It’s a comfortable place to relax or host friends, and having two equally sized bedrooms and bathrooms makes it really practical for guests. Plus, everything’s modern and well-kept, with plenty of storage to keep things tidy.

Why are you moving?

We’ve loved living in this flat for the past nine years and have really enjoyed the area, but we’re simply looking for a bit more space as we plan to start a family. It’s really just about finding a bigger place to grow into the next chapter of our lives.

What do you love about the area?

We absolutely love the area for its incredible green spaces and parks, like King George’s Park right on your doorstep, which give it a lovely, open feel right in the city. The convenience is unbeatable too - easy commutes both east and west, plenty of shops and a cinema right on our doorstep, and loads of great pubs, restaurants, and cafes. It’s a friendly, vibrant community with everything you need close by. Honestly, if we could get a bigger place here, we’d stay put, but it’s time to move on for a bit more space.
