"This has been the perfect location to raise our children who attended the excellent local schools and enjoyed the community parks. We love to walk to Ashton court and the harbourside for lunch and there is nothing better than coming back and relaxing in the garden in peace and quiet. We also have lovely neighbours who welcomed us when we moved here."

The home

A large four bedroom house full of character in the highly sort after area of Southville. Living in Southville

Located close to the bridge across the River Avon to Spike Island which is bursting with independent restaurants and cafes in the dockyard and Wapping Wharf. North Street in Southville is very nearby and is home a number of popular bars and eateries such as The Malago, the popular Souk Kitchen, Kask as well as highly regarded cafes such as Burra. Further still is a short walk to Harbourside and Bristol City Centre,, the commute by foot or bike is short and painless, whilst the journey home after an evening in a city is also straightforward and advantageous on foot rather than negotiating city centre traffic.
