The home

A beautifully refurbished and spacious four bedroom family house. Downstairs there is a large open plan space incorporating a modern kitchen with large kitchen island, living area and dining room. This room is flooded with light by sky lights and large bifold doors onto the rear garden. Upstairs there are four bedrooms.

The outside

The rear garden is paved and has a fully insulated home office with two rooms, a modern shower room, electrics, air con, WIFI and plumbing.

Living in Knowle Park

Greenleaze is ideally positioned for access to several green spaces, including Redcatch Park and Community Centre and the Northern Slopes, both within a five-minute walk. For commuters, routes 2, 73 and 74 are easily accessible, and the city centre is around a 40-minute walk away, offering links to major employment hubs such as Temple Meads and Temple Quay. Nearby areas such as Bedminster, Imperial Park, and Knowle offer a wide range of local shops and amenities, while local pubs and cafs including The Victoria Park, The Knowle, and Bank are popular spots to unwind.
