"The best thing about living here is having North Street on your doorstep. I only need to cross the road to be in the park or use my local swimming pool. I've got coffee shops, pubs, bars and restaurants as neighbours. And yet when I get home, it's silent, the flat is tucked away behind a hidden entrance and so calm and cosy inside."

The home

Tucked away behind North Street is Poets Mews, a 7 year old development with a communal courtyard garden. The flat is situated on the 1st floor a historic building. On entering the flat, the second bedroom is immediately on the left hand side and is a good sized double room with space for a desk for working from home. The living room/diner is a large open plan space with industrial features and windows into the courtyard, this room is open plan to the modern kitchen. The main bedroom leads off this main room and there is a bathroom with shower over the bath.

The outside

The property has a lovely communal outside area with picnic tables for a drink in the sunshine.

Poets Mews is on North Street a hub for local independents, restaurants, and shops, including Michelin recommended COR and OTHER, coffee shops Sweven and Burra, and The Tobacco Factory - a caf, bar, and theatre that hosts a bustling Sunday market.

Several parks are in this area, with South Street Park just around the corner and the larger Greville Smyth Park a 15 minute walk away. Just beyond Greville Smyth (a further 20 minutes) is the sprawling Ashton Court Estate - home to the annual Bristol Balloon Fiesta and 850 acres of wood and grassland.
