Description

Brickworks says

There’s something pleasingly straightforward about this two-bedroom new-build in Upper Holloway. The layout’s been thought through, with two double bedrooms, integrated storage and two bathrooms, including an en suite. There’s enough separation between the rooms to make sharing the space effortless, and high energy-efficiency brings reassurance to monthly outgoings.

Windows on three sides mean the light shifts throughout the day, before the evening sun sets across the balcony. Separated from the living room by a wall of glass, it's somewhere for coffee, cocktails, or watching the world go by. It’s easy to picture friends gathered around the kitchen island, Saturday mornings stretching out, and workdays passing quietly and comfortably here.

Holloway has its own distinct energy: culturally rich, community-minded and always evolving. Pick up a coffee from Bear + Wolf, stock up at Salvino, or settle in for a pint and pizza at Tufnell Park Tavern. And, while there’s plenty happening locally, Niemann Court puts you within easy reach of some of North London’s best-known neighbourhoods, from Kentish Town to Highbury.

The owners say

It didn’t take us long after our first viewing to know we wanted to live here. In fact, we were only five minutes down the road when we called to put in an offer. Since then, the flat has become our retreat from London, without ever feeling removed from it.

Whether coming home from work, walking back from Hampstead Heath or Highbury Fields, or returning from dinner on Upper Street, there’s something lovely about stepping inside and immediately feeling the quiet. We’ve loved having so much within walking distance, but also the little community closer to home, where neighbours stop for a chat.

After nearly 15 years living in different corners of London, this is the first place where we really felt like we’d landed. We’re leaving still very much in love with the life we’ve had here, and we’ll miss it enormously.
