"I've loved my time here over the past five years. The location couldn't be more convenient, with the train station, Victoria Park, Harbourside and city centre all within a 30-minute walk. Just down the road are the Bakehouse, Sundial Kitchen and a selection of pubs that I've regularly enjoyed taking friends to. The house itself has been a wonderful first home and feels particularly spacious for a two-bedroom property. I've enjoyed updating it during my time here, especially being able to cook in the new kitchen. The garden is a real highlight, getting sun for much of the day and providing the perfect space for summer entertaining and morning coffees."

The Home

A beautifully presented two-bedroom maisonette over the top two floors of this period building. On the ground floor there is a living room to the front, with bay window, wooden floors and shelving built into the alcoves. To the rear is the kitchen / dining space, a new kitchen has been fitted and the garden is accessed through the rear door. The three-piece bathroom suite is also located on this floor off the hallway. Upstairs are two very good-sized double bedrooms, the rear bedroom has a gorgeous view across Totterdown and the front bedroom would traditionally be used as the principal suite.

Take the steps down from the kitchen to the tranquil garden space, there is a seating area and flower beds. This space is shared with the flat below which is owner occupied.

Totterdown is a hugely popular part of Bristol located in the south-east of the city. Within a five-minute walk from the flat, you'll find the The Sundial Kitchen, Fox & West Deli and Bank.

For those looking for green space, there are few better places in Bristol. The nearby Victoria Park offers approximately 50 acres of large open space with fantastic views of the city. Plus, you'll find Perrett's Park and Arnos Vale are also just a short walk away.

Totterdown is perfect for those working within Bristol and for the cities beyond via the trains at nearby Temple Meads. For drivers, easy access to Wells Road takes you directly through the city to the M32 or the countryside of Chew Valley, the Mendips, and North Somerset.
