Description

" We have loved living in our colourful house on the hill and will really miss our lovely neighbours here. Totterdown has such a vibrant community with so many great local places; Sundial Cafe, Victoria Park on the doorstep and great local pubs. We fell in love with the spacious rooms and have renovated and restored features over our time here. We have so many happy memories, from watching hot air balloons drift over the garden on summer days to cosying up with the log burner in winter. "

The home

A spacious three bedroom mid terrace house in Totterdown. Downstairs is a separate living room to the front with feature fireplace and bay window. The middle if the house is home to a large dining/family room with log burner and plenty of space for both a table and sofa with doors to the rear garden. The galley kitchen has plenty of units and work top space and leads to the downstairs bathroom. Upstairs are three double bedrooms.

The outside

The secluded rear garden has beautiful mature shrubs and trees and a raised tiled area for an evening drink
