Brickworks says
Set within the Clyde Circus conservation area, this ground-floor flat has been extensively renovated, with a new layout, double-glazed windows throughout, a new kitchen and bathroom, and a garden overhaul. The result is fresh without feeling overly polished, balancing clean lines with rustic touches.
Cleverly configured throughout, there’s plenty of built-in storage; everything has its place, leaving the rooms free to breathe. The south-facing garden adds a layer of flexibility, with a garden office, as well as space to potter or dine out with friends.
It's moments to West Green Road and Philip Lane, with independent spots including Pasero, True Craft, The Palm and With Milk. Downhills Park and Lordship Recreation Ground provide plenty of green, while the River Lea and canals are perfect for long wanders. Seven Sisters is the nearest station, with direct links into central London when you need it.
The owners say
This property was our first, and one we’ve absolutely loved renovating and living in for the past five years. The building was once a local post office; in fact, you can just about make out the remnants of an old sign painted on the side of the property.
It’s situated in the centre of a very diverse and friendly community, with everything you need close by – from Seven Sisters tube to local parks, and all the amazing places to eat and drink within walking distance.
Our favourite part of the house is the garden during the summer, which benefits from all-day sun because of its south-facing position. We’ll be sad to leave it, but happy to pass it on to the next owners to enjoy, hopefully as much as we have.
