The house

Glazed double doors lead through to the dining room - a generous space, ideal for entertaining or family meals - which in turn opens to the kitchen, fitted with cream cabinetry and all the practical everyday essentials.

Upstairs, both bedrooms are well-proportioned doubles, each with a lovely characterful feel and plenty of room for furniture. The bathroom completes the first floor.

The outside space

The garden is a lovely long, private space to the rear, laid mainly to lawn and stone paving with established hedging and planting along the boundaries giving it a green, secluded feel. There's a paved seating area ideal for outdoor dining, with plenty of room further down the garden to potter or simply enjoy the peace and quiet.

Living in St George

Situated on Marling Road, near Troopers Hill, to the east of St George's Park and within easy reach of Church Road. St George's Park is one of the city's most popular green spaces providing a kids play area, tennis courts, a cafe, a skate park, and a lake. In the middle of the park, St George's Bowls' Club has recently re-opened, run by the Love Events Team, providing a cafe/bar and launching a sauna & Sunday Makers Market in the autumn.

St George has many exciting independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants, including the Red Church, The Lock Up, Bristol Loaf/Native Vine. the Small City Bookshop, Prior and Preserve. The shops and cafes of Easton are also easily accessible via the Bristol to Bath cycle path, including Staple Bakery, Garden of Easton, and Bristol Sweet Mart.

For commuters, it is a short journey into Bristol City Centre by bus, bike or car, whilst also being just a short drive from Bath and the motorway networks as well. From this side of the City Centre, Bristol Temple Meads is just a short journey away.
