Outside, the beach stretches out in its array of pebbles. It is less about luxury and more about ritual; morning coffee facing the tide, picnic lunches in the windbreak, and evenings watching the sun drop behind the horizon.
Handily positioned with a wide gap to the one side, you can easily rest your bike, board or other sporting or leisure equipment out of the way, allowing more space for you to enjoy in and around the hut.
There is public, vehicular access to the rear where the Esplanade Car Park offers free parking for up to 12 hours. The beach area in front of the huts is for public use. The public toilets, Lola & Bonpa’s Café, Martello Tower No.74 and the Martello Playing Fields are all within about 100 yards of the Beach Hut, making it ideally positioned for a full day of fun at the beach!
The site licence fee for the last year was £475.50pa.
