"We've loved living in Paintworks; it has fabulous vibe. The pedestrianised street is quiet and pleasant, surrounded by a friendly and welcoming community. We've enjoyed the Miro Lounge, Pilates Studio and the local store & coffee shop, all within in a minutes' walk. We've also really appreciated being able to stroll into town, particularly along the riverside path. We think of Paintworks as our 'urban village' tucked away, close to the heart of the city."

The home

A great three story townhouse in Paintworks that was built 12 years ago and has been immaculately looked after by the current owners. The house has a large kitchen/diner on the ground floor with glass doors to the rear garden. On this floor is also the fourth bedroom which makes a great study and a downstairs loo. Up to the first floor there is a great sized living room, the third bedroom and a family bathroom. The top floor is home to two further double bedrooms, one with an ensuite shower room.
