We've loved our time at Regent House. The location is fantastic, with the Harbourside, Victoria Park, North Street, and great Bristol pubs like The Ostrich all nearby, plus an easy 20-minute walk into town. The flat is finished to a high standard, full of character thanks to the original wood panelling. Windmill Hill City Farm has been a favourite local spot, and the on-site concierge, Yuki, is always friendly and welcoming."

On entry, you are welcomed by a large hallway with storage cupboards and space for a washing machine. Regent House is a contemporary residential development, completed just under 2 years ago. The luxury apartments were built by City and Country, a well respected developer building high quality homes whilst restoring architectural heritage, also famous for 'The General' located by the Harbourside. The development is located in Bedminster, just off East Street within easy reach of the City Centre, Harbourside, Temple Meads and of course North Street. Some of the owners favourite eateries are Bristol Loaf and Bombil which are both just over the road. Other great restaurants include Yafo, Cor and Sonny Stores. Each apartment enjoys the use of the gated facilities including the communal gardens, bike stores, lift access and the friendly/welcoming concierge on site.
