The home

Located on Bath Road is this charming two bedroom 19th century cottage which combines modern living with charming original features. As you enter the property you step onto the solid oak parquet flooring which runs through the living room and dining room. The windows have shutters installed for added privacy and there is a feature fireplace with storage built into the alcoves. Off the dining room there is a balcony which overlooks the garden. Heading downstairs we have the kitchen and a further dining space which flows effortlessly into the south facing garden. On the top two floors of this house are the bedroom suites. The master bedroom is generous in size and decorative paneling has been added, to the rear is the gorgeous family bathroom with a walk in shower and free standing bath. The second bedroom is located in the loft and has a Velux window flooding the room with light, and storage is available in the eaves.

Willsbridge is a village in South Gloucestershire, just outside of Bristol, known for its nature reserve, historic buildings, and the Willsbridge Mill. The area is particularly renowned for the Willsbridge Valley Nature Reserve, a haven for wildlife with woodlands, ponds, and the Siston Brook. Willsbridge offers a desirable suburban lifestyle near both Bristol and Bath, with excellent transport links including the Bristol and Bath railway path which is accessed via the historic Avon Valley Railway a short walk away.
