Description

"Firstly the location, it is in one of the best areas in all of Bristol (in my opinion). It's so close to North Street, but being located at the top of the street, it still feels quiet. Second, I was so surprised by the size and space of the flat, there is a seperate kitchen and living room which you don't often find and the rooms are spacious. Being on the ground floor always felt private - people from the street cannot see in. Rather than a shared garden, it has it's own semi-private patio."

The home

A spacious one bedroom basement flat in Southville offered with no chain, the flat was recently renovated in 2020 adding a new kitchen and bathroom. As you step into the home you will enter the hallway, off this is the living room followed by the three piece bathroom suite and at the rear facing the patio space you have the bedroom. Finally there is the galley kitchen which leads out to patio. This flat feels very private, quiet and with well proportioned rooms throughout no room lets you down, perfect for a first time buyer or an investor.

The outside space

A patio which is perfect for some private space large enough for a table and chairs, the stairs up lead to the top floor flats garden.

Living in Southville

Located close to North Street, it's is home to a number of popular bars and eateries such as The Malago, the popular Souk Kitchen, Kask as well as highly regarded cafes such as Burra. Further still is a short walk to Harbourside and Bristol City Centre,, the commute by foot or bike is short and painless, whilst the journey home after an evening in a city is also straightforward and advantageous on foot rather than negotiating city centre traffic.
