Top 3 things we love about our home

The south-east dual aspect means the apartment is filled with natural light all day. It always feels bright, airy and welcoming.

Both bedrooms are a really good size, making it easy to have space for guests, a home office or just plenty of storage.

Being on the fourth floor gives us a lovely sense of privacy. We’re not overlooked and it feels much more peaceful than many homes nearby.

Top 3 things we love about the area

We’re just a couple of minutes from the Ecology Park and the riverside, which is perfect for morning walks, runs or simply enjoying some fresh air and green space.

It’s such a quiet area with safe walking paths, great for families, children and dogs. Away from busy main roads but still well connected.

Everything we need is within walking distance including supermarkets, cafés, the O2, Jubilee Line, schools, nurseries and even a lovely new spot called Cakes and Layers by the riverside for weekend treats.

Just a short distance from North Greenwich Underground Station, this fantastic fourth-floor apartment offers BRIGHT and SPACIOUS accommodation with Stylish interiors and a High-quality finish throughout, as well as Concierge services. The flowing living space creates the perfect balance of luxury and convenience in this impressive Greenwich Peninsula location.

Features include an open-plan reception/fully integrated kitchen, family bathroom, principal en-suite, generous inbuilt storage, lift service, double glazing and secure entry.

Accommodation comprises an entrance hall with inbuilt storage, leading into the open-plan dual-aspect reception/kitchen with ample space for both relaxing and dining, and access to the delightful private balcony. The kitchen area offers a high-quality range of matching white wall and base units with work surfaces and a central island/breakfast bar, incorporating an inset sink unit, induction hob with overhead extractor, wall-mounted oven and further integrated appliances.

There are two well-sized double bedrooms, with inbuilt wardrobe and en-suite shower to the principal bedroom, plus a sleek family bathroom with a white three-piece suite and elegant tiling.

The property is ideally situated within easy reach of Westcombe Park, offering excellent links into Central London and the City, with North Greenwich Station (Jubilee Line) also close by. Greenwich itself is within easy reach, providing further Overground and DLR connections, as well as an array of shops, fashionable bars, cafés and restaurants. Greenwich is also home to a variety of regular markets, the iconic Cutty Sark and beautiful Greenwich Park with the Royal Observatory. The superb O2 Arena complex is also nearby, providing unrivalled entertainment and leisure facilities including concerts, shows, cinema, restaurants and bars.
