Victoria park is on the doorstep and is absolutely wonderful for morning walks or an afternoon sit down or a play with the family. The rear garden has sunshine all day. I've have some lovely family memories whilst living here."

The home

Set over three floors is this spacious home in Victoria Park. On street level there is a reception room to the front and a large bedroom/2nd reception room over looking the garden. Downstairs is the kitchen with plenty of units and a door to the rear garden. The top floor is home to two double bedrooms and a bathroom.

The outside

The garden is accessed from the kitchen and is paved with a large shed. There is also rear access to a lane.

Living in Victoria Park

Stanbury Road is just off Victoria Park and is situated in a hugely popular part of Bristol. The area is ideal for commuters both within Bristol and to the cities beyond through the trains at nearby Temple Meads. The local primary school, Victoria Park, is well thought of locally and along with St Mary Redcliffe has enhanced the appeal of this area and nearby Windmill Hill for young families. Within easy walking distance is The Park Bakery, gastro-pubs such as the Star and Dove, cafes such as the Sundial Kitchen and corner stores, fruit and vegetable sellers such as The Banana Boat and many other shops and restaurants.

Only a short bike-ride away are the music venues, theatres, cocktail bars, and other amenities of North Street in Southville, Wapping Wharf, and the City Centre. Yet this location is quiet and peaceful. For those looking for green space, there are few, if any, better places in Bristol. Victoria Park itself offers approximately 50 acres of large open space with fantastic views of the city. There is also a child's play area, caf and a marked running route for joggers. Perrett's Park, with its beautiful views, is only half a kilometre away.
