The house is situated on Jubilee Road towards the top of the Wells Road allowing it fantastic panoramic views of Bristol from the house. Jubilee Road is a quiet residential road consisting of spacious Victorian terrace homes. The house is just minutes from the Wells Road with the popular Fox and West Deli, Acapella and Smokebox, with its indoor and outdoor seating and serving local craft beers. Within a 2 minute walk away is The Knowle, a popular gastropub also great for families. Knowle is an extremely popular family area, with a brilliant combination of large houses, good schools and a choice of great parks.
