With our Low Price per Sqft labels, you can instantly see which homes are priced well under the average cost in their area.

How Does It Work?  

Jitty taps into detailed property data (think size, location, local market averages, etc.) to calculate the price per square foot of every listing. Whenever we spot a home that’s below the local average, we add a Low Price per Sqft label. Even better, you can filter by Relative Low Price for the Area, so you’ll ONLY see properties that fit that criteria.  Or just type it into the search bar and let our AI do the rest 😉

This means you can browse with confidence, knowing exactly which properties might offer great value - without having to trawl through dozens or hundreds of listings.
